Previously, PT. FABS Indonesia uses a physical old server for its core application. This is way dangerous and puts them at a high risk of losing critical data. The solution is moving its application to the cloud, so FABS Indonesia can avoid the risk of using an old server and its employee can access the application anywhere, no more dependent on office location.
My Role:
- Assessing risk during migration.
- Coordinate with the application vendor.
- Choosing the most suitable cloud vendor.
- Set up a Virtual Data Center.
- Set up an OpenVPN Server and its connection.
- Set up a Veeam Backup for a daily backup.
